Registering multiple accounts under the same name or details — including the same phone number, email address, identification number, or bank account — is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of their balances.

All financial transactions on 771cuci are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No other currency is accepted or processed by our platform. The following deposit and withdrawal policies are in effect:

Payment methods accepted by 771cuci include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow QR, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and online banking via FPX including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. Foreign payment methods are not accepted.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit. 771cuci reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000, or at our discretion for security purposes.
Note: 771cuci does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. Any charges incurred are levied by third-party payment providers and are beyond 771cuci's control.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, 771cuci reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and winnings held in that account. If closure occurs for operational reasons unrelated to a breach, any legitimate balance will be returned to the member within a reasonable timeframe.
